Account

Creating an account is quick and free. Head over to the Register page, fill in your details including a valid Philippine mobile number, set a secure password, and you're done. Once your account is verified, you'll have full access to the game lobby, fish games, slots, eBingo, and everything else on the platform.

Yes. 77up is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This applies to all users regardless of location within the Philippines. If we determine that a player is under 21, the account will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on 77up. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, visit the Login page or reach out to our support team for help.

You can update your profile information from inside your account dashboard after logging in. Some changes — like your registered mobile number — may require identity verification to complete. If you run into any issues, contact our support team directly at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Login & Security

On the Login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. You'll receive an OTP on your registered Philippine mobile number. Use that to verify your identity and set a new password. Make sure you're using the mobile number you signed up with. If you no longer have access to that number, email us at [email protected] for manual account recovery.

OTP (One-Time PIN) verification is triggered when you log in from a new device or browser. It's a security layer that protects your account from unauthorized access. The OTP is sent via SMS to your registered mobile number and is valid for a short time only. If you didn't request it, do not share the code with anyone.

Yes. All data transmitted between your device and 77up is protected by SSL encryption. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. For full details on how we handle your data, read our Privacy Policy.

Change your password immediately from your account settings. Then contact our support team at [email protected] with details of the suspicious activity. We recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone — not even friends or family.
Payments

77up supports payment methods suited for Philippine players. These include local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, Philippine online and mobile banking, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in PHP (Philippine Peso). We do not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming deposits or wagering.

All balances, deposits, and transactions on 77up are in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There are no currency conversions or foreign exchange fees. What you deposit is what shows up in your account balance, in pesos.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and any required account verification steps. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally faster than bank transfers. Make sure your account details are accurate and your identity has been verified to avoid delays. Contact support at [email protected] if your withdrawal is taking longer than expected.

77up does not charge platform fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the transfer method used. Always check with your payment provider for their specific fee structure.
Games

77up offers a wide range of games for Filipino players, including:
  • Fish Games — arcade-style shooting games with real prizes
  • Slot Games — classic and modern online slots
  • eBingo — online bingo with live draws

Yes. All games on 77up use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair outcomes. No outcome is predetermined or manipulated. That said, all games involve an element of chance and no strategy or system guarantees a win. Play for entertainment and always within your budget.

Check out the Wins page to see the latest notable wins from players across the Philippines. It's updated regularly and gives you a real sense of what's happening on the platform right now.

77up runs promotions and bonuses for players from time to time. Details on active offers are shared through the platform and available to logged-in users. We don't publish specific bonus amounts, percentages, or wagering requirements here as these change regularly. Log in to your account to see what's currently available.
Mobile & App

Yes. You can download the 77up app for a faster, dedicated mobile experience. Visit the Download page for instructions on how to get it on your Android or iOS device. The app gives you the same full access to games, your account, and transactions as the browser version.

Absolutely. The 77up website is fully mobile-optimized and works smoothly on any modern smartphone browser. Whether you're in Manila, Cebu, or Davao, you can log in and play without needing to install anything. For the best performance, though, the dedicated app is recommended.

Try these steps first:
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection — mobile data or Wi-Fi
  • Clear the app cache from your phone settings
  • Uninstall and reinstall using the latest version from the Download page
If the problem continues, email [email protected] with your device model and a description of the issue.
Responsible Gaming

77up supports responsible gaming through tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits and session controls. We encourage every player to set personal limits that reflect what they can comfortably afford to spend. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on managing your play safely.

Yes. If you feel you need to step back, you can request a temporary account suspension or self-exclusion by contacting us at [email protected]. We take these requests seriously and process them promptly. There's no judgment — taking a break when you need to is the right call. More details are on our Responsible Gaming page.

No. Gaming on 77up involves real financial risk. No outcome is guaranteed, and no system or strategy can ensure a profit. Always treat gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase your losses. If you're spending more than you planned, it's time to stop and take a break.

Still have questions? Our support team is available 24/7. Reach us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
